How I Can Help

Paediatric Physiotherapy can support babies, children and teenagers with a range of musculoskeletal, movement, growth and developmental concerns. This may include support following birth, falls and bumps, sports-related injuries, surgery, growth-related discomfort, or joint and tendon pain.

Every child presents differently, so assessment is guided by what is happening for them. This may include looking at how they move, how they use their body, whether primitive reflexes are still influencing movement, and what may be contributing to discomfort, pain, coordination difficulties or reduced confidence.

At InnerBalance Physiotherapy, I take a gentle and individual approach, adapted to each child and family. Sessions are calm and supportive, with time to understand your child’s history, and what feels most important for them.

Treatment may include gentle hands-on therapy, play-based movement, primitive reflex integration, advice and exercises where appropriate. The aim is to help children feel more comfortable in their bodies and support healthy movement and development as they grow.
